The same as my previous Antec fans (tricool, the ones in the Antec 900) on L, if set to 5v. I guess around 30db, silent
    But 10 times more airflow!

And yes I suck at cable managment But when it comes to performance it doesn't make difference right? The air molecules arn't that big that a cable or two just hold it back.

But my sincere respect to everyone that does it, looks great and really illustrates hard work put into the pc

Yeah, it can make a hell of a difference to performance. The cables can mess with your airflow by creating turbulence which can stall more air than the cables could ever directly block. Even if they still look nasty, getting them out of the airflow path is a good thing.

There's a furnace type filter cut to fit in the duct which helps but alas my rigs are always rather dusty no matter what.

I've had a brainstorm for cable management!....but i'm guessing ya'll have been doing it for ages. Anywhoo...SATA cables...route them under the PCB!...you know, the space between the motherboard standoffs an the PCB?

    Anyone done that?
