It's the same that I got with my board. /cry
There is a difference. The beta 0219 is dated differently (i believe march 14th) and the official is march 20 something.

One difference i've noticed is my FSB vtt voltage doesn't jump to 2.0volts randomly when doing some bios configurations, which it did when I was using bet 0219.

Sorry, double-o-3, but I already ordered the PC8000 version and I just do not see paying $130 more for 66 more mhz as wise when I'll likely never get 500 FSB.

    Only the date is different.
I checked the two files bit per bit and they contain completely the same data.

Nope, it's their Q&A department that approved the beta Bios we had to become the official release one without modification apparently.

Hi everyone , coming from the fantastic DFI LP UT P35-T2R board to the Rampage and I must say the two MB's are the most stable boards out of the box I have ever used I need to find info on OCing the Asus as the bios is completely foreign to me. Review after review it is said the Asus bios for OCing is as simple as it gets now with the rampage but I can not get past go I found the DFI bios much more user friendly, I love being able to see the progression of the cpu clock as well as the change in memory at the same time as i am bumping up the FSB

So if anyone can point me in the right direction for a tutorial on this bios if there is such a thing that would be great

    Thanks in advance.

Awesome thanks, I was able to tweak it up 3 spots.

This memset is really good for testing limits on the fly, if it locks up reboot and set +1 LOL

Mine just showed up in the mail today. Prep shot (click fullsize):

Just some quick info. The stock heatsinks are all aluminum, with only very thin copper plate on the bottom for the NB, and thin copper plates for contacting the heatpipe.

Oh, I have devised a much better way for mounting the mosfet heatsinks. Look carefully at them

Nice pic -- are those heatsinks your own?

The waterblock is a DangerDen MPC-Universal. The heatsinks on the mosfets are stock, they are not part of the nb/sb cooling even though they look like it.

The only thing I did was remove the plastic pushpins and hard mount them with plastic washers, nuts and screws. You have to be careful not to overtighten, otherwise the board will bow and make poor contact with the middle mosfets. When you do it just right, it makes superb contact. Much, much better than the pushpins.

    Very nice memory choice 003.
Here is a picture of my pair

I posted some really nice pictures of the motherboard on my blog, I will post some benchmarks in the near future.

I haven't even had a chance to look at the bios yet... too busy with work, school, cable organization, and software installation.

Hopefully I'll get somewhere with it over the weekend .
