    Well I did the Volt mod aka Vdroop pencil mod. turns out at 4ghz i get 1.520v on the qx6850 and asus p5e3 deluxe wifi-ap.
    It was a little different from this picture but its findable.

    And another flash from P5E3 Deluxe to P5E3 Premium working here! I flashed to BIOS 0151 first then used EZ flash to load 0401.

    Thanks to all for the information on doing this.

    I was able to boot up at 1.000v with my Xeon X3360....
    MSI 790FX-GD70 / 965 BE C3 @ 3991 @ 1.392v / GSKILL PI @ 1637 6-8-6-20-28-1T / Cooler Master Hyper 212+ / Corsair HX850
