    Our board (in our test bench, 15th on CPC's Leaderboard) came with the 215 bios. Not sure if it was backed up. Will check.

    Rampage Soft Modded Maximus Naming Convention

    We need to decide on a name for these hacked boards.

    Suggestions:

    1-Rampagimus
    2-Rampaximus
    3-Haximus
    4-Maximus Rampage
    5-Maxpage

    and for the P5E owners with the balls to try it:

    2-P5E-Rampage
    3-P5R
    4-P5E-R

    RAM & NB setting

    Tony (of OCZ fame) suggested dropping Vnb and raising 'Cycle Time' to 60. Helped us through an 'FSB wall' on a genuine Rampage with D9s

    Being based in Geordie land we've opted for Ragimus Formula. A 'Ragie' is an aggressive youth in local dialect, kind of fits since a Rampage softmod may allow a more aggressive overclock.
