Yes. VTT can still be read at the diode. One thing probably worth mentioning is the ground. For consistent readings use the same source for ground from one session to the next.

CPU VTT is the last pic - for some reason it wasn't showing up, but it's fixed now

It is close to the CPU socket, you can see the socket lever in the pic.

Thanks guys, I will try these 2 points next time I play with the X48 & see which one is closest to the mark / GTL reference charts.
