    Yep, but it's a tight fit. I have it mounted with the fan mounted on the RAM slot side.

    fits no problem facing to the top of the board. don't recall trying it facing to the rear of the board.



    the above photo is just a Thermalright Ultra 120 but the extreme is no different in size, just more pipes.
    i don't quote in my signature, but best WR ever...
