The 1012 bios wanted to clock my RAM from 667 to 1111 or so. I had to manually change DRAM clock and FSB straps from auto to 333 and DDR2-667 to prevent the crazy overclock from occuring. Other than that, it seems stable, but I still need to run some tests.
Edit: 1012 is unstable for me.
My 1006 stable settings:
Load Line Calibration On
1.5 Bios Voltage (1.48 Idle --> 1.47 Load)
E2180@333FSB (DDR2-667 3-3-3-9-1N [Transaction Booster Level 3])
Voltage Observations: Voltage is stable at 1.48 and 1.47
1012 Observations
Load Line Calibration On
At 1.5 Bios Voltage, the idle and load voltage would continuously change ~+/- 0.01-0.02 volts. Only at 1.525 Volts would it maintain a steady 1.5V on idle, but OCCT would crash when it started the load.
I'm going back to 1006.
