So basically, after mod to p5e3 premium bios 0204, the board boot my E8400@3.0GHz at default vcore, which is 1.2250v, resulting a 0.99v vcore real. Fortunately, my E8400 can run 3.0GHz@0.99 without problem, so I can enter into bios, set vcore properly. While others may encounter no boot problem, if his chip cannot run stock speed at ~1.00v vcore.
