I run PC-8500 (5-5-5-15) stock. Running at 3.6GHz (800Mhz ram) lets me under clock them nicely (4-4-4-11). You might want to try that.

Also, you should be able to hit 3.6GHz pretty easy. Most of us have done it now. There are config setings posted throughout the thread from other and myself.
