USPS Global Express Guaranteed. You get the chip in 3 days from here to Sweden, or at least that's what it's always been whenever I ship something.![]()
Nah, thanks but no thanks!![]()
I can't justify that price for a lapped chip, simply not worth it.![]()
I actually had the Q9450 in the basket @ moogr.com earlier today for $367 shipped with USPS Global Priority when 10% code was applied....but I canceled out...doh!

Dear ****** ******!
We're terribly sorry but one of the items you have recently purchased
is out of stock and on back-order. Your account has NOT been
charged/billed for this item and you're welcome to either cancel this existing
order or leave it open and we can ship the items as soon as they become
available. (Which usually isn't that long!)
Intel X3350 CPU - Expected ETA - Daily shipment through April 11th.
Sometimes our order processing & inventory system may be experiencing
an issue or have delays in orders and the result is out of
stock/quantity items being listed as available. We apologize about the hassle and as always, we're looking for ways to streamline the process to minimize
the chance/risk of over-selling items. We however want to make it
imperatively clear that we do not bill for items that are backordered/out of
stock.
Thank you again for shopping at Moogr.com
Please note, that If you leave your order open you will receive email

Well, what hecktic just quoted. Seems like these things are going fast. And you can also try to get an OEM chip over at Tankguys, but really, if you are going to do 3.80GHz 24/7 like me, you'd need to lap the chip even on water. To me, if I intend to overclock some chip, I'm not going to hold back on anything to make it stable... including that extra lap work. It actually dropped my temps 5C lower.

I just laid an order with moogr.com, $365 after coupon and shipping![]()
It's on backorder but should be shipped within days according to them, and they look very trustable from what I've seen.
I mailed them about shipping options and such and got mailresponse within 10min! This is looking good, a good candidate for future buys it seems.![]()

got mine today and am currently running 3.6GHz P95 with 1.27vcore (all other voltages are set at their minimums). Once my DFI board gets here I am going to see how far I can push it.

I've ordered 2 chips from them so far and they've arrived on time so my vote is the place is legit.
E8400 @ 4ghz 24/7
DFI LP LT X48-T2R
G.Skill F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK
BFG 9800GX2
2 x 150GB Raptor X in RAID 0
Congrats then.I was just about to point you to TankGuys... or Newegg...
And if you're wondering why I'm offering my chip for such a high price... well... let's just say, a quad chip that can do 3.6GHz stable at 1.22-1.23v is the first I've seen. So far, it's doing MUCH better than my E8400 at anything I throw at it whether it be for gaming or emulating.
Edit: FYI, TankGuys have the OEM Q9450 chips for $359.99:
http://www.tankguys.com/product_info...oducts_id=1817
And they are still in stock. All X3350 are gone, though. I guess... someone saw my 4.00GHz validate link and... also saw some reviews saying Q9450s meet 480 FSB wall... or something. :p

What board do you guys push this chip in?? X48 based? 780/790i ?? P35/45 ??
Please tell me...
Umm... G35? I'm using an ASUS P5E-VM HDMI board.
The voltage requirement for the chip has dropped quite a tad ever since I first overclocked it almost a week ago. It first required 1.358v for 3.8GHz stable, then it dropped down to 1.344v, then 1.336v, then 1.320v, and now it requires 1.312v to prime stable. Eh...
Anyway, all infos are posted in the X3350 Arrival thread, and I have uploaded new infos regarding the priming... as well as temperatures.
WOOT!!!
and then I got this one...From: "sales@moogr.com" <sales@moogr.com> Add to Address BookAdd to Address Book Add Mobile Alert

Congrats! The chip should be there in a few days! Looking forward to your results in the "X3350 Arrival" thread!Or maybe you can open up a new thread.

So... is it there yet? Is it there yet? It's 7:25pm here now.

Mine is on it's way too, but sales rep said due to the fact it has to go through another warehouse that can handle int'l shipping it still shows "in process". Sales rep said mine is one of a dozen newly arrives, and that ours are from the same batch.![]()
I wanna see some excellent results!![]()

Thanks bro!
They are pouring in over Sweden now as well, but only the Q9450 as of now.
I have a preference towards server chips since the old Opteron days, can't say if it's any difference between them though. Anyway, your and others results at least shows they do not suffer from any big variation in coretemps or other clock hampering characteristics.![]()

sorry I could not post back, but yes I got mine...
funny thing is, mine was on back order and supposed to be here on April 1, well off from back order that is on April 1st.
So I was curious to know what they shipped out to me then today via UPS...
turns out it was a retail boxed X3350 .... lol... and i ordered an OEM X3350.
Is it just me or is there someone from Moogr watching these forums lol ? If so, thank you for the free upgrade to the retail boxed processor.
I only have one small concern, since this is now my second X3350 chip I have purchased, I am wondering why the "Void if removed" sticker is missing from the retail box sent to me by Moogr?
The same chip I purchased from NCIXUS had arrived with this sticker clearly on the box next to the area where you can open up the blue intel box.
Whats even more odd is that the chip I recieved from Moogr is of the same MM#, PROD CODE, S-SPEC, FPO/BATCH, UPC AND EAN, as well as PACK DATE and Version.
Some of these I already know are supposed to be the same like S-SPEC, but if its an almost near identical chip, then what gives with the "Void if Removed" sticker/seal ??? where is it????
Ill post some pictures for you guys to see what I mean.
