I checked it out, it's almost certainly a software driver but I couldn't get details on it since the actual file was corrupt (incomplete details).

Some notes on stress testing to keep in mind:-
*In XP/Vista 32b, 2GB installed, nothing in background, not even AV, I can never run plus 1450MB with any stress test, it'll fail at stock or just not run.
*If you start stress testing reserving an area of memory and then you open applications which try to access that reserved space, you will very likely start getting errors in that stress test, even though nothing hardware wise is wrong (even BSoDs).
