I found out today they work better with the 2.66D divider. I got them running at 1200Mhz with stock timings and 2.08v (a bit less than stock vDIMM) and with performance level 7, which was nearly impossible with them at 1140Mhz (2.40 divider). Go figure

As a result, I went back to 450X8 (3.6Ghz). I wasn't very confortable with the 1.45 vcore, not for 24/7 anyways. However, now I get almost the same memory speeds in benchmarks I was getting with 3.8Ghz + 1140Mhz RAM so... I'm happy with the way it is running now
Ok I tried those exact same settings as yours , and they dont wwork for me ,I xcant get 1200mhz no matter what but I can get 1140 rock stable.
