Lol, this is funny.

I have my CPU clocked now at 3 Ghz, 1.25V

Speedfan and Real Temp 2.2 reports core temps of 19 degrees C

My water temperature is 23.5 degrees C

I know that they can't idle below ambient , rather water , shouldn't water heat those cores ?
So ... Please tell me why is this!?
