Hello all, firstly I would like to thank all of you who contributed to my previous thread. Your input has saved me a lot of time and money.
I would also like to thank MaxxxRacer who has the best damn liquid cooling guide on the net IMHO. I was able to chip away at my original list until it was perfect.
This log will be a work in progress and I'll post many photos and comment on my experiences etc. Hopefully if all is done right it will help other newbies out there.

you can get the fuzion pro mount + block for 63 at petras, preinstalled i think.

Also, I would avoid the gel stuff. Otherwise, looks solid.

Smile Cutting Holes for Fillport and Tubing etc.

Three Bi-metal hole saw cuts need to be made in the Antec P182 chassis:-

Fillport = 1" Heavy duty Bi-metal hole saw

I must admit the fillport is sexy.

    Dead sexy

    7/16, 5/8 over a 1/2" barb is a tight fit.

Basically I just used masking tape and marked where the fillport position will be and drilled away.
The cutting took a little longer than usual because there was some thick plastic to go through before the steel and I'm a complete drill noob

    7/16, 5/8 Tubing = 7/8" Heavy Duty Bi-metal hole saw
I accidentally hit the reverse button on the drill and did not realize it for ages so I was wondering "WTF?... why wont this thing cut through now?

    Radiator/Fan Assembly:-
I have 120mm rubber gaskets sandwiched between the fans and radiator.

    8800 GT's stripped naked:-

    What a mess:-

Running low on energy drinks now:-

If I'm not too tired after work I'll get all the tubing and wiring done and be ready to fill and bleed by morning.

Looks good, but DO NOT use colored coolant. It is very hard to maintain loops with colored coolant. Also, you may see high temps on the second GPU due to everything being in series. Other than that, very impressive and I can't wait to see how it turns out

If you can get a y-splitter, put it before the CPU and route half of the coolant to the CPU and half to the first graphics card. Then send the coolant from the first graphics card to the second card. Finally, use another y-splitter to combine the tubes from the CPU and the tubes from the GPUs. For the coolant, distiled water with corrosion inhibitor would be a better choice.

Yeah, indeed I got very lucky to snag one of the last boxes when I heard that it's discontinued. Since my closest Ikea is over 200 miles, I said screw the gas expense and snatch one before I regret and it's the best move

    Thumbs up Mission accomplished

It's much easier to put the tubing on before you mount the MWCW60, this was one of those stupid realization moments.

    Beginning to take shape now.

Had a battle with the radiator tubing due to not having my priorities straight.

The battle with the , 7/16, 5/8 tubing over the MCP655 1/2" barb.
You'll be glad to hear that after 25 seconds in hot water and screaming profanities, I had Masterkleer 7/16, 5/8 on that 1/2" barb in under 1 minute flat.
I only had do the hot water thing for the T-fitting and the pump, the D-Tek high flow fittings were so easy to work with than those plastic barbs.

Jumping the pump. I made the mistake of turning the PSU off and on when in reality you just have it turned on then jumper the green and any black pins on the
24-pin connector with a paper-clip or piece of solder wire. I was well prepared for this by watching Danger Dens t-line filling video.
This was a fun process, the pump is extremely quiet even at the number 5 setting.

    Filling done, bleed time.

    Radiator shot.

It took about 7 hours to bleed the loop and I'm now into my 11th hour of leak testing with success.

    Thanks again all.

I've not done any real tests so far but comparing my current temps idling I'm getting:-

    CPU -30c (40-42c before)

    GPU1 -36c (55C before)

    GPU2 -37c (55C before)

    This makes me really happy.
