You should be okay on temps for that with the Ultra 120 unless its a hotdog of a chip.
The chip can do 400x9 because I've done it in the past, though it took 1.52v in the bios to get it stable at 67 load (its kinda hot in my APT). Now I'm going to a SS vapo and wanted to see how much I can push the FSB, and 435x9 is kinda limiting for benching.
