Normal load temps for me fluctuate between 39oC-44oC max if I use 12v on radiator fan's and turn on chassis fan's... And keep in mind I have PC Health Status: Adjust CPU Temp: +9 set on the BIOS.

Here is my Load Temps today with 12v on Radiator Fan's (now running DDR2 at 1200Mhz):

I would just think that since you are able to do 3.6Ghz at such a low voltage your temps would be much lower than mine. I am at 1.44v and my loads are at 55c, that is with ambient around 23c. I am cooling both the cpu and video card so I kind of expect it to be there, although I am going to tweak it to see if I can't get better. i am just surprised at your temps with such a low voltage. I guess I was wrong in thinking that the lower voltage would translate into lower temps.
