EDIT: LOL... lazyness causes trouble... why am i always too lazy to completely shut down my lcd-tv? itīs always on standby. i just hit the on/off button on the backside of my tv (itīs in a hard to reach position) and guess what.. after turning the tv on again i got my hdmi sound back..
like i said the simplest things often are the most overlooked
