Nice BND. Simple but it works.
I'm working on a 5.25 and a 3.5 bay right now, hopefully I can find the time to cut the wood and make one of these... would be very helpful as opposed to the phone book/mobo box.

I really like yours, Arne!
Will build it probably in the next 2 weeks.
(But I have to fit in 4 HDDs and one optical drive.)

Vigor from Japan built it.

Here is my DIY simple job. It works great and offers complete stability for whichever cooling I desire. I just swap between air, water, phase and my DI/LN2 pot in minutes using pretty much the same equipment. It keeps the motherboard solid and doens't bend it with providing a lot of pressure for the mount.

Nice bench! I may have to start a little project

I bought them from McMaster Carr and they're called knurled nuts I believe. They're brass and actually kind of expensive, sold by 50 a box.

50 in a box, minimum purchase
Yes but what did you pay for a box of 50?
>i5-3570K
>Asrock Z77E-ITX Wifi
>Asus GTX 670 Mini
>Cooltek Coolcube Black
>CM Silent Pro M700
>Crucial M4 128Gb Msata
>Cooler Master Seidon 120M
Hell yes its a mini-ITX gaming rig!
It was a year ago now but just searching McMaster Carr I think these are the ones:
Part number 92741A110
http://www.mcmaster.com/
They are $8.63 per Pack of 25.
This is a nice worklog on a DIY testing station (1st and 2nd pics). If nothing else, it is a good place to get ideas.

By the way, those knurled nuts are also available at places like Lowes and ACE Hardware, or similar stores. They sell for about $.35 per piece, if you are not in the market for a box of them.
Edit:
Another functional DIY (3rd - 5th pics).

In memory of Gracie, my sweet, sweet wife and mother of my children. Darling, we will miss you dearly. May you rest in peace (born to this world on March 30, 1976; went to her Heavenly Father on Good Friday, April 22, 2011).
