If you arent going to feel better until you see a photo -- dont ask me to. Crucial switched to VERY sticky thermal tape and removed the clips. The small IC is fragile and I'm not killing a pair of 150 dollar memory. I've already done that once with 78nm micron on GEIL's.

You can see the shape of the 78nm IC, it is unique to Micron atm.

I can tell you that this stuff has ZERO problems running at 1066MHz @ 1.8V 5-5-5-15, rather impressive. The unimpressive part is its lack of ability to scale with voltage, similar to how D9HNL operates.

If you wanna argue about it more, go somewhere else, this stuff kicks arse .

Bottom line - I dont have any other 4GB kits that can run at 1066MHz at 1.8V
