Does raising any other voltages help much? I've tried raising VTT, NB and SB up a notch and it made no difference, but I'm wondering if they need to be raised more (don't know safe voltages and which are actually helpful).

I did disable vdroop and gained about 40mhz on the CPU at 1.400vcore.
I haven't had a chip that wouldn't run 4GHz but I have found a few that either run hot on low voltage or cool on high voltage.

My E8200 needed 1.475v in the bios to prime 4GHz yet it runs cooler than any of the E8400 & E8500's I've tested & they typically run 1.3~1.35v for 4GHz.

Here are my voltages for 500 x 8

    Code:
    CPU VID Control..................... - 1.47500v
CPU VID Special Add................. - Auto
    DRAM Voltage Control................ - 2.27v
    SB 1.05V Voltage.................... - 1.150
    SB Core/CPU PLL Voltage............. - 1.55v
    NB Core Voltage..................... - 1.45v
    CPU VTT Voltage..................... - 1.10v
    Vcore Droop Control................. - Disabled
    Clockgen Voltage Control............ - 3.60v
    GTL+ Buffers Strength............... - Strong
    Host Slew Rate...................... - Weak
GTL REF Voltage Control............. - Enable
    CPU GTL1/3 REF Volt................. - 60
    CPU GTL 0/2 REF Volt................ - 60
North Bridge GTL REF Volt........... - 60
