Anand's review shows best case scenario of 3.68x vs single vga setup(in cod4 , albeit in ultra high resolutions) what makes you believe that the Qx@~6ghz will bottleneck so much at 1280 that won't benefit the CF-X ?? (of course it'll be bottlnecked but not so much -my opinion-)

    My 2 cents..

CFX scored 31782, not much headroom, as I reckoned

I thought about it... but he was running a fairly high CPU speed with 1300MHz core 2900XT... dunno if he can squeeze another 2-3K out of this system

    Hi there guys....
The day I was about to bench, I haven't insulated my Foxconn mobo very well (cuz I was anxious to test it), so at about 9:00pm my wife calls me on the phone to go and eat....
I leave the ring as it was (at minus temps) with the fans working (for the condensation).....
I then came back at 12:30am and the ice was melted...
Tried to boot up but no go...
    Water everywhere....
It was my FIRST time ever that I haven't used a back thermal resistor so the condensation hit me hard....No boot NOT EVEN led displays on mobo...

The next day I had to give back the CPU (it's not mine - I borrowed it from a friend) ...Then I had a LOT of work to finish so to be prepared for CEBIT....

I got the CPU today and after I removed ALL the insulation from the mobo and replace it again WITH a thermal resistor in the back of the mobo this time , I tested some CrossFireX with Vista (2 x 3870x2 CF).....NOT BAD...

    I had a few LN2 left and I played a bit the 2k5 bench....
    CPU can do more....

I will upload ALL of my benches (that I have till now) plus the ones I'll do tomorrow to "close the circle" at about Sunday before I go to CEBIT....

LAST TEASER with SINGLE 3870x2 at low frequency (due to few LN2 left).....

    COMPARE 2k5 SINGLE 3870x2 URL...

Thanks for your patience and I'll "reward" you for that...
