The resistor in the green circle is the one i identified. Is that the one you shaded?

Had a similar problem with the onboard nic on the m2a-vm, it allways stopped working after few minutes, no matter what os i used. Did not want to rma that thing just because of the nic, those are cheaper then the shipping.
