Maximus Formula GSkill 8500 Won't Post With 2 RAM Sticks

I have tested 11 in total kits of G.Skill PC8000 on two different P35 boards and never had such strange problems. I could even run some of them at 1066 and pass Memtest86+ (but not stable anyway).

Set your FSB to 400 and lower your multi to eliminate CPU. Leave all secondary timings on auto.Especially don't touch tRFC, on ASUS boards there is not enough range to set it properly. It will be set properly by SPD.

Set transaction booster Disabled/( 2 or 3).

This may be just faulty memory. Try to test with other sticks .
