Sure is a Strange one ... try a full CMOS Clear (battery out etc) and reflash with P03, maybe the Change between the CPUs is not correctly rebulding the ROMSIP area... to avoid blowing-up the Vista OS build from BSODs/restarts try a basic XP OS build on a single drive....
