I just installed a QX9650 and cannot get it to run properly. I have absolutely no control of the cpu fsb voltage or the vcore. No matter what I try and change them to, they stay at vcore - 1.18 and cpu fsb - 1.08 volts. It will boot to the Vista desktop for a second, then it just shuts itself off completely. I tried the QX9650 in my second rig (DFI X38) and it works just fine, the voltages can be adjusted and I booted into Vista and played a quick round of COD4, all was well.

I can change the dram voltage and the settings stick, it's just those two. I've tried the P02 and P03 bios', cleared cmos, and everything else you can think of, nothing helps. Any thoughts?
