I redid thermal grease or whatever it is and it dropped 2-3C more. I did test the boot at up to -50C and it works fine. It seems that this processor just really can't handle voltage, 250x11.5 @1.3v gave me errors in small fft's in like 3 min, I just dropped voltage to 1.25 to see what happened and it seems to be doing pretty well, it actually made it to the 5 minute mark, currently at -12C. Gonna just let it prime for a while to make sure its really working.
Edit: Second opening of orthos froze after like 20 min so I guess I have more tweaking to do, sucks that I have class...
