The Kingwin RVT-12025 & the Xigmatek HDT-12823 are indentical INCLUDING the fan. The ONLY difference is the badge sticker on the fan.

They both have the EXACT same specs (PWM, max 1500rpm, 99cfm rating).

The Red Scorpion has a different fan altogether and the pipes are NICKLE PLATED over copper.

The hsf uses the spring-type intel mount, but is totally compatible with the TR 775 Bolt-through kit.
