Intel delayed the Q9770 cpu for what reason? Wasn't it long term stability issues?

Since these run at 400FSB by default i can see some similarity with running an overclocked Wolfdale.

Could it be the same sort of issues some of us experience with our Wolfdales Intel is reffering to?
