I assumed it was memory related, so I cleared CMOS and tried single sticks in different slots. Nothing happened. At one point I was able to boot up and get into Vista. I noticed that the system was still at 3.6GHz and that the memory was still over clocked even though I set it all the default. However the voltages and speed step were set to default. (I used CPU-z and Windows control panel to view the speeds) Sometimes It would also loop restart, but only twice.

I recalled some people having the same problem, but I can't find the solution.

I also disconnected the hard drives to see what would happen. It did the same thing.

Any help would be great.

can you get into the bios?...if so, reset the bios to "Default" settings...then go into the Uguru section-voltages and take it out of auto to increase your vdimm to 2.1 and i would also juice up your vcore by a plus 0.05v.

BTW, which bios are you using?
