Hi: n7 (Edm is my hometown42 is the loosest TRFC in the bios. Although MemSet goes to 80, I doubt it does anything. I run mine at 20 or 25, right up to over 1300MHz with the P5K Deluxe with no freezing or stability issues.
mrcape: try reseating your video card and check the ancillary power is plugged in. I had the same problem you are describing, but I can't remember exactly how I fixed it. It can be done, just keep trying...hope that helps.
