9x400 != 8x400 for N/B! It can be that the N/B voltage should be raised. What are the other settings? ( pll, fsb termination, pcie/cpu spread spectrum, transaction booster, load line callibration ). How much is the vcore drop?

Both PCI and CPU Spectrums are off.

PLL and FSB Termination voltage are at auto.

Transaction booster is at auto.

Loadline Calibration is enabled. Vcore is at 1.3 in BIOS, which reads ~1.27 under load in Windows (1.28v idle).
