noise is tolerable when you get to use of it... (8k rpm)

for temps im not quite sure about it however can you monitor this?...

I doubt there are any software monitoring methods available; could use a finger maybe? Check to see if they still get hot?

I left it as it was defaulted to. Maybe KTE can explain more or why or why not I have a pci-e 2.0 card so I do what it to run the correct bandwidth.

HPET is seperate from PCI-e 2.0 and not required for its operation.
