If I pause and quite F@H to restart, would it continue where it left off?

And can I run it on two different machines using the same user name?

It will continue from the last checkpoint when you restart if you have the flags set the way the SMP as a service guide dictates then checkpoints are set every 15 minutes by default (though I set mine at three).

And Yes! use exactly the same user name on a different machine (and team name of course)
