You'll have to let us know what the temps are like with that setup! I have almost the same HW (except no 240Rad, cosmos and no NB chipset cooler). So I am wondering how well it cools in one loop as opposed to two.

Excellent work by the way. Hope you've recovered from your operation all right.

I definitely will post temps. My only concern is that the IP35 Pro BIOS doesn't seem to be quite there yet with 45nm support. Apparently 16.03 beta works pretty good, but reported temps are all over the place. I think I read that CoreTemp still works OK. We'll see what it does. My original plan was to move my Xeon 3070 and XBX2 over and do a direct comparison between the two loops.

One thing I haven't mentioned is that I actually have to mod my desk for this project too (the case won't fit under the hutch without some mods). Talk about Xtreme!

I've finished up most of the wiring. The top port/control panel needs to go back on, which has a crapload of wiring itself. That'll probably slop up the nice wire management job I've done so far. Once that's installed, I have a couple pieces of bling to add (lighting), then it's time for all the plastic. Following that, the loop will be filled, bled and leak tested for 24 hrs. I plan to have the loop filled tomorrow!

Now it's time for bed... Zzzzzzzzz

As for my recovery, I'm doing fine. Thanks for the concern.

Small update in post #2, dated 2/01/08...

I did up a good chunk of the wiring and completed the tubing install last night. Later today I'll be finishing up the wiring (have to add the top port/control panel), and I plan to get all the plastic and bars reinstalled, then fill the loop and start the leak test. Keeping my fingers crossed that the bleeding isn't too challenging. My last two builds used T-lines, so hopefully it's no worse than they were.
