i would also to ask if there are some "Must Do" settings for every o/cing situtation for our board.

i.e "Must Do":
Pci-E: 100
Pci clock synch: 33.33

Are there any others for a safe and harmless o/c?

eh, i keep my pci-e bus between 110 and 115...
