Hi have u tried running w/ all 4 dimms? Sometimes my pc would just random freeze @ post screen (LED "TESTMEM") after restarting it 
Edit: btw yet another - bios 0101 (??) dated 1/17/2008 just released.

Edit: nvm just tested it - core#2 & #3 back to 6x multi - back to 0902 bios then
