That is a problem see my posts in the official coretemp thread. It is 1 of 3 problems a dodgy diode on the core or a lack of contact between the core and the IHS or a poorly calibrated T-Diode on the core.

PS I have my QX9650 being RMAd for the very same reason as cores #3 and #4 ran 21C hotter than cores #1 and #2
