Yep, the SMPS units work on a typical de-rating curve. Peak performance is usually at the "typical" load which is 50% of the rated DC wattage under rated temperature conditions and either side of that usually decreases output efficiency. So a curve is exactly how the PSU performance is usually observed and those figures look very accurate now.
Can you just add full system specs (hardware) in that quoted power measurement post too please? It will show everyone better the hardware and the MHz/volts connected for those power loads.
