Intel QX9650 Drastic Core Temperature differences!

Those cpu temps can't be right unless that mount is barely touching. 89deg at only 1.48v? Doesn't sound right.
Anyway there does seem to be alot less consistency from one 9650 to the other than what I would have thought.

i'm not sure myself...i will yank the HS to see how the thermal paste is spread...i had to yank one time before since i did not put enough...i am going to have to pull the board out of the case and set it up on my bench to further evaluate...i'm guessing that the IHS is not flat or is close to it.
