Yea, its for the P5E3 Deluxe. I didn't check the writing on the Vcore regulator, but I assume its ADP3228.

The top red point connected to the capacitor is ground and the bottom red point connected to the resistor is connected to FB (either pin 15 or 16, can't remember which now - resistance to ground was around 850ohms iirc).
