4200 mhz is far to high for air so it must be water...STILL...your vcore needs to be higher, like 1.55 (Actual)
4ghz/1.5-1.55 (Frosty air from window =-20&#176 temp on pwm is <30&#176; by uGuru, NB is nearby 10&#176;, cpu is <50&#176; on load. But when I start the FPUtest then 1sec & shut down.
I know two person with the same problems, even with 600-700W PSU.
