    Yeah, I was talking about the CPU not the NB haha.

    Alright, well I've ordered a heatsink lapping kit, so I will give that a try on monday.

    Just orderd a lapping kit myself, hope it will drop temps 5 degrees or so.
    I made a few changes to my water loop, setup a push pull and that made a nice 3-5 degree drop in temps, I also added a Corsair ram cooler and I must say what a huge piece of , you would think from Corsair it would be better quality. It's comming out today.

    I ordered one as well about a week ago, expecting it this weekend. If one of you guys don't start a thread first I'll start one with detailed pics and tests. Are you guys lapping experts or is this your first?

    First timer on lapping, I have been reading alot tho and it's dosent seem overly complicated.
    I do alot of die grinding and polishing die's at work so this cant be much different.
    I would however look forward to you starting a thread, tips pics and ect.. would be very helpful, I'm not looking for any new shiny paper wieghts
