1) Whats the maximum recommended voltages for 24-7 usage on water (NB, mosfet and SB and CPU on water) for:

CPU PLL

Keep it sub 1.7 - Intel's spec is 1.5 +5% max

Northbridge Voltage

On water I'd say keep it sub 2v

DRAM (4x1GB D9GTRs Cellshock 1800) with active cooling (2.0V) ?

Southbridge

Never needed more than 1.15

SB 1.5V

no need to go above 1.5

for 24-7 ... not suicide benches

For 24/7 I'd go not up to the max

2) Is it possible to run 1T with 4x1GB sticks? Is so how? NB volts up and DRAM volts up ?
