Richard Dower: the memory timings are subjective to any manufacturer of memoryes and mainboard, as I see, so there is not standard. There is only memory timings tested to work on many mobos and put on SPD mem. Look at your mem SPD with CPU-Z or EVEREST and see what are the close upper timings to your mem frequency.
