Both Wes and Phelan (ther "other Don" as we share the same first name) are a lot younger than you. While Don does sometimes deserve the poking...I haven't seen Wes out-of-line since I've been here (November). And they are both younger members of the team....well Don at least looks young but he's not really....
maybe you should spread the love around and be a more equal opportunity harrasser of the team?
