Patience my friend. I want info too.
A few of these ST boards that went out were DOA and are being replaced.
Toss in the Christmas holiday and things happen slowly.
People also go away or back to family.
    It will happen..
Some info we got today from a guy in WCG who just got the SM 5400 board.
The same pll controller in systool that works with the 5000X boards seems to work on his SM X7DWA-N board

Simple multi-threaded memory test would make me happy. I just wanna know how bad (or not) it is.

He said he is on vacation for the holidays. Be patient!

    http://cpu.rightmark.org/download/cpurm_b5_bin.exe
Download it,install, find Multi-Threaded Memory Test utility in the directory where it will be installed. Set amount of tested memory 20-30Mb per thread. Set Read with/prefetch, prefetch distance 256 for each thread. Run 1,2,4, 8 threads and compare the total bandwidth.

You can also check how total memory bandwidth is divided among FSBs/CPUs. Each process is assigned to each core, 1-8. Notice how the total bandwidth will change for different sets of threads.
For example, if we run thread 1, we may get X total bandwidth, if we add thread 2, which is assigned to the core2 on the same package/FSB , we may see small increase in total bandwidth. However, if we add thread 5, which is aasigned to core5 on different package/FSB, we may see almost 2X total bandwidth. You have to find the core-package mapping yourself.

I will be jealous if i see at least 2x improvement in memory bandwidth over my old
dual Xeon E5320@2660MHz + 5000X platform. At least, i say. Not sure if this will satisfy me. Probably not. 3x will be needed most probably.

Do you have any BIOS shots you can share with us, specifically voltage options?

Edit: Never mind, you said you don't have the CPU's yet. Is there a manual detailing the voltage options? Just curious.

cant you just piece it all together like lego, and take a picture?

To see what a huge mobo and 3-way sli looks like, do you have a couple of TRultra 120's ?
