OK this is weird. Now i could do setting but i did change mi memory devider to have it at 667. Now i can set the AM2+ data to what you said
    CPU FID:06
    CPU DID:1
    CPU VID:28
    NB FID:03
    NB DID:1
    NB VID:36

-One of your cores will be weaker than the others. It's a pattern I'm seeing with all users so far. If you test Prime95, you'll know which it is and you can keep it lower than the rest.

-Your voltage was low on your previous post, try in the 1.36V region for 2.6GHz.

-If you change even just from disabled it will have very high settings, that's why it won't boot.
You'll need to change them properly (as above) to what you need once you enable it and it should boot fine.

    Keep mem divider at 1:2.

Well in the bios the voltage for the CPU is higher than showing on screen capture, why i dont know. I have not used Prime95 before. installed it did the memory test, do i run the stress test to check the cpu's. Got the memory to run at 1:2 -now all fine. The voltage you talking about what is it in AOD? Where do i set it.

Have at least version 25.5, check "Round off checking" under Advanced and run the Torture Test called "Small FFT".

Its CPU VDDC in AOD and CPU Voltage in the BIOS. You need to have it higher than at present. AOD will show your real current voltage under "Current Voltage" following the above label.

If it errored, its unstable and needs more volts for stability.

Well KTE you the man , at this volt running Prime95 without any errors thus far.. already much further than before...know it is clocked lower but getting somewhere. I had to push vlots up with AOD to 1.36 as i could not get there in bios as it jumps to over 1.4. I must say clocking further than i could on my DFI

Well at 2618Mhz under prime95 testing cpu's running a bit hot @ 60degrees. My Thermalright worked on my DFI but not on MSI as the backplate's mounting holes thread is to low down and screws does not fit. Standard cooler not up to it. My watercooling does not fit either..d@mn

Can't get longer screws, and chase a nut up the shaft for depth?

What's your computer ambient if you're at 60C at less than 1.42V?

I get max 52C with 26C ambient 8hr maximum load (in-place large FFT) with 1.58V at lowest fan speed with 49C IHS temp.

    I keep forgetting. Vista?

CPU score is very low compared to XP but Vista is getting lower score anyway, something like 500marks lower.

Yes Vista 32bit. So the score ok or should it be more. Had the CPU to 2704 but froze as voltage wasn't correct.

I "think" 2.9GHz should give around 3700 CPU in 2k6 under Vista so that's not much off since you do gain a little with higher HT/NB and RAM in dual channel unganged.

NP, It works great. I chase a nut up a long screw, set the screw to it's desired depth(for grip), and then run the nut down for tension(in case other folks didn't understand).

I did this because the screws were pathetic to grab on my Big Typhoon(angle), and it's MUCH easier to use a small wrench from the side(on a nut), than a screwdriver angled hard from the top.

P0D and 121 have been out for over 2 weeks. I've tried them both before, P0D is the one with the TLB errata patch. Though I've erased them a while ago. Do you have a link for any of them?
