I hard volt-modded with a Variable Resistor, set the voltage to 1.4v (max that doesn't give me critical temperature) and fan at 60% all the time, and indeed, CCC doesn't work if i go over the limit inside it, that's 770.

It's at 760 core and 1.33v, this is the highest voltage i can get software based.
