Thanks. It means my Odin 550W would not be able to support the 2900XT. I hope future cards wouldn't be using those 8-pin connectors and utilize the 6-pin ones instead.

Is there a way to mod the connectors for my Odin to support 2900?

I'm pretty sure the card somes with an adapter, or even less people would be buying them.

Or.... just get an HD3870
