Well.. well.. all those claims without evidence, to blame the RAM or AMD Phenom and not the board, EVER > did anyone think I wouldn't test the hollow claims?
It's one thing to say "let's try this and that to see where the problem lies" and another to say "it's DEFINITELY NOT our board!! You are wrong! It is everything else but our board!! You all know NOTHING!!

MSI Read: NO boot with RAM divider 1:2.66, NO boot at DDR2-1066 SPD info, Auto boot is 800MHz again, NO boot with higher volts/latencies at 1066!
And this is RAM that I can bootup at 533MHz 5-5-5-15 at 1.8V on other boards.
